     Hi, I'm Rianna. I have the highest level of accreditation available in the field of infant sleep. I have been studying neuroscience and developmental psychology for over 5 years with no end in sight. I also am a single mom to a beautiful girl who threw every sleep problem in the books at me so believe me when I say I have been there. I can't tell you how many times I googled "can you die from sleep deprivation?" Looking back I can clearly see that it did not have to be that hard for that long.

     I'm here to empower you as the sole expert on your unique baby. YOU- not your pediatrician, not your MIL, not that sleep expert on Instagram- you.  I'm here to to show you how easy it can be and that there's more than one way. I'm here to provide you with evidence-based techniques that work with your instincts, not against them. 

     While I don't offer guarantees like 12 hours by 12 weeks or quick fixes, what I can promise is that you will come away at peace, knowing that you are working with your baby's biological needs and individuality to create sustainable and lasting change without compromising connection or values. 

     Together we can break down why and where you’re feeling pressure, how to get to the root of the problem, and build up from there. Everything I do and suggest is evidence-based on decades of psychology research, more current neuroscience research, and backed by the highest possible sleep accreditation.

Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone. In this unique community, we come together to relate and support each other. We provide solidarity in hard times and tap in to the deep, sacred power of the feminine collective consciousness. This group meets weekly via Zoom. Led by Rianna, you can expect to bring and receive answers to all your developmental, sleep, matrescence, and psychology questions.

Sleep Support Hour

Sleep, Developmental & Psychology Questions, Answered—In One Hour. An hour to ask me anything! This is a great option if you have small issues you would like to troubleshoot, have questions about the developmental stage your little one is in, or just want to see whether what you’re doing could be optimized. I will send you a small intake form prior to the call so we can maximize our time together. Please note that this option is not suitable for curating a personalized sleep plan as it does not afford enough time to analyze a full sleep diary. Suitable ages: 0-6 years.

The Empowered Sleep Plan

Investment: $497

4 Weeks to Sleep Transformation—With Ongoing Guidance. This package is designed to take you from start to finish, and is my most popular package. Once we have decided to work together, I will send you an in-depth sleep diary and questionnaire that will help me identify the many factors that may be affecting your little one’s sleep. This will give me an understanding of your situation as a whole before we meet. During our initial private meeting we will discuss your situation in detail and review developmental and age-appropriate expectations and gentle strategies. Together we will decide what plan is the most empowering and sustainable for you according to your unique situation, resources, and support. On the day of our consultation you will receive a detailed custom-made plan to reference as we walk through making changes. After this, you will have me on hand via WhatsApp and have access to our weekly support Zoom for four full weeks. If we reach the end of the four weeks and you need more support, you will receive a discounted rate and will not need to purchase additional packaging. Suitable ages: 6 months-6 years.
